If you are a returning visitor, you’ll see our prices have hardly increased in the last three years, and if you are new to our site, you can rest assured this will continue to be the case going forward.
The great news is that Cruisers Club Membership for you and your party is included in the accommodation prices shown for 2011! This, in addition to the beautiful beaches, wide range of activities, entertainment and local attractions makes Welcome Family one of the premier self catering holiday parks in Dawlish Warren.
Remember that our prices are seasonal and that bargain rates can be found by visiting off-season.

And Whats Not...
Certain items that aren't covered by the cost of your holiday such as; travel cots, plus highchairs and pushchairs are available for hire from Reception so you don’t need to worry about the little ones.
Sun-loungers, garden furniture, computer games consoles with an assortment of games, plus other useful items are also available for hire.
Towels are not included in the price but if you can't bring your own these are available for hire from reception.
