Coronavirus Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that we are all operating under challenging conditions and we must all do our part and work together. By making a booking with us during the pandemic you will be agreeing to adhere to these terms and conditions. You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of the date of the booking without incurring any charges, however please be aware you may only receive a percentage of your deposit back.
Please note, these terms and conditions will be updated in line with government guidelines, so please check back before travelling to stay with us.
Before you Arrive
We have updated our cancellation policy where it is now simple to check your level of cover and we also now offer an Extended Cancellation Policy, where for a small premium you can benefit from more advantageous terms.
The table below shows you the amount of money you are REFUNDED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TOWARDS YOUR HOLIDAY COST LESS YOUR DEPOSIT should you need to cancel with either our Standard or Extended Plan.

The cost of our Extended Cancellation Plan is based on your Basic Holiday cost, as follows :

Your Basic Holiday cost refers to the cost of your holiday accommodation without any additional extras like pets or cots.
It’s important to understand that our Extended Cancellation Plan is only available at the time of booking your holiday and cannot be added at a later date. It is not available for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival.
For any bookings made with us we recommend you have an insurance policy in place that covers any interruption to your booking.
You will be able to transfer your holiday with any bookings made directly with us up to 7 days before your arrival date.
If we are unable to provide you with your holiday you can choose to either have £50 towards the cost of another holiday with us or be refunded the cost of your holiday.
Once You Have Arrived at the Park
On accepting the keys and entering your Accommodation you are agreeing that you will follow these additional Covid-19 terms and conditions to help stop the spread of the virus. These terms and conditions form part of the contract between you and your party and The Welcome Family Holiday Park.
If you are unable to accept these conditions we politely request that you transfer your holiday to another date. To try and help you feel safe, we are offering Free of Charge Transfers of all bookings up to 7 days before arrival, until further notice.
Your accommodation has undergone a thorough clean & disinfection and has been fully checked following Government standards.
We are operating a no-contact policy, which we will adhere to at all times and in all situations.
If it is essential for a member of the team to come into your accommodation whilst you are here, please be aware that all guests will have to vacate before we can enter.
Our team will wear PPE where required.
Please be aware that Facilities on the Park may be closed or operate with limited capacity in line with Government policy.
We ask that you and all members of your party:
Practice social distancing always, either inside any Facility or outside on the Park.
Wash your hands more often than usual for at least 20 seconds.
Use the sanitizers and basins that are available around the Park.
Some facilities may require you to join a queue. In this instance strict distancing between adjacent families must be adhered to.
Please do not enter any other accommodation other than your own during your stay.
If you or a member of your party feel the onset of any symptoms of the virus, persistent dry cough or a temperature you must return home. Unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse you for your holiday.
Vacate the accommodation if a member of our team needs to enter it and remain outside until they have left it.
Before you leave, please remove all food and rubbish and place in bags in the bins outside.
Please also remove all bedding and linen and leave just inside the front door.
For the Safety and Protection of our Staff & our Guests, we cannot permit any behaviour that does not comply with these rules.
Any Customer who repeatedly refuses to follow these rules, or engages in abusive behaviour towards our team or any other guests will be instructed to leave the Park. In this instance no refund will be given for any unused part of your holiday.
