Food and Drink at the Diner
Just because you’re on a self-catering holiday, it doesn’t mean you can’t have a break from preparing meals! The Diner, situated in The Starlight Club, provides tasty grub to eat in or take out – whatever suits. Using quality, fresh ingredients – which are locally sourced wherever possible – you’re sure to find something satisfying on the menu.

Start Your Day
Breakfast is served from 10am to 12pm and we think it has to be one of the best breakfasts ever! Always piping hot and freshly cooked to order, the standard breakfast comes with sausage, bacon, hash browns, beans and toast. If you’re feeling super hungry why not bump it up to the Welcome Breakfast!
There’s also a veggie and kids option available.
If you’d like something lighter, there’s sausage baps, bacon sandwiches and sausage, bacon and egg combos – all spot on to get your day off to the perfect start!
Brunch and Dinner
Open for brunch until around 12.30pm and then again from 6pm the Diner starts serving your family’s evening meals.
Burgers (all sourced from a local supplier in Shaldon), pizzas (all made on site and freshly cooked to order), and hot dogs are, of course, all on the menu, as well as a fab selection of pub favourites including lasagne, scampi, curries, southern fried chicken and hot chicken wings. Yummy!
Plenty to satisfy littler appetites too, with kids’ favourites on the menu like fish fingers, nuggets and mozzarella sticks.
Delicious Desserts
AND…. if you have any room left after all that, don’t forget dessert! Take a look at the Diner dessert menu for some sweet treats.
Our pudding list includes bakewell tart, chocolate fudge cake, warm chocolate brownies, sticky toffee pudding and scrumptious white or double chocolate cookie dough with a choice of amazing sprinkly toppings – all served with custard or vanilla ice cream.
There is so much to choose from you can’t help but spoil yourself every day – well, you are on holiday after all!

The Paint Hub is a pottery and painting café where you can enjoy some fresh coffee and cake while creating your ceramic masterpiece!
Naughty But Nice
For those with a sweet tooth, there is an on-site sweet shop that sells the finest locally made fudge and traditional confectionery.
Warren Chippy
No seaside resort is complete without a fish and chip shop, and our on-site Warren Chippy will satisfy that inevitable desire for a traditional fish and chip supper!
Drinks at the Bar
At the end of a busy, fun-filled day, adults can relax and unwind with a drink or two in the licensed Bar situated in The Starlight Club.
