Amendments to your booking may be made by going to Manage My Booking on our website or by telephoning our Welcome Customer Service Team on 03451 65 62 65
Please note: We can only accept instructions to change details from the lead name on the booking.
Should you wish to amend either your holiday dates or type of accommodation after your booking has been confirmed, an administration fee will be charged, plus any difference in price attributable to the change in dates or types of accommodation.Â
These charges are considerably reduced or waived completely in most instances by taking our Extended Cover package for a very reasonable cost
Please note when making changes, for Security and Privacy reasons :
- You cannot amend the lead name.
- Bookings are not transferable to someone else without our consent.
