Amendments to your booking may be made by going to Manage My Booking on our website or by telephoning our Welcome Customer Service Team on 03451 65 62 65
Please note: Changes must be made at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date and we can only accept instruction to change details from the lead name on the booking.
Should you wish to amend either your holiday dates or type of accommodation after your booking has been confirmed, an administration fee will be charged, plus any difference in price attributable to the change in dates or types of accommodation. When making changes:
- You cannot amend the lead name.
- Bookings are not transferable to someone else without our consent.
- You cannot amend your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
