For those of you who have been to the Cruisers Club you will know of our dear friends at the Welcome Bite, anyone who has yet to visit – my goodness are you in for a treat!
The Welcome Bite is in there to make your family holiday mealtimes so much easier and super tasty – and they have all the usual favourites you would want to see on your holiday menu.
Start the day right
Breakfast is served from 10am to 12pm and we think it has to be one of the best breakfasts ever! Everything is just delicious, crispy where it needs to be crispy, always piping hot and freshly cooked to order. The Standard breakfast comes with the simple sausage, bacon, hash browns beans and toast, there’s also a Kids breakfast and a Veggie option available or if you’re feeling super hungry why not bump it all up to the Welcome Breakfast!
If you’re not feeling the full fry up there’s also sausage baps, bacon sandwiches and even sausage, bacon and egg combo’s – all spot on to get your day off to the perfect start!
Evening meal
Open again from 6pm, the Welcome Bite then starts serving your family’s evening meals. Burgers, pizzas and hot dogs are, of course, all on the menu. Then there is also a fab selection of pub favourites: lasagne, scampi, curries, southern fried chicken and hot chicken wings – mmmmmmm, yummy!
The burgers are all sourced from a local supplier in Shaldon and the pizzas are all made on site and freshly cooked to order – just how we love it!
Don’t forget dessert!
AND…. if you have any room left after that – take a look at the dessert menu! Chocolate fudge cake, brownies, sticky toffee pudding – even cookie dough – all served with custard or ice cream – well you are on holiday after all!
