Modelled on our popular Wavesurfer bungalow, the Sandsurfer bungalow offers the same size layout and internal facilities at a reduced price. What’s missing? Mostly the outside patio. What’s the catch? None – you can even bring your pet.
With 2 bedrooms – 1 double and 1 twin bedroom – it sleeps up to 4 people and provides all the home-from-home comforts you need for a relaxing Devon break, including a fully equipped kitchen and open plan lounge/diner. All you need to bring are towels, tea towels and cot linen, if applicable.
Perfect for spring, summer or autumn – whether you are exploring the coastline in overcoat and wellies or enjoying some sun-drenched R&R on a beach towel – our bungalows are a perfect base for your holiday.

Casamigo Pet-Friendly Lodge
A 3 bedroom, pet-friendly holiday lodge
Exclusively created for Welcome Family, the Casamigo is fitted to a high standard and comfortably sleeps 6 people. (Please be aware that because of the wall recess, one of the beds in the twin room is a smaller single.)
It boasts 3 spacious bedrooms – including master with en-suite WC – a separate dining room, a large veranda and 40″ LCD TV. Also includes a fully fitted luxury bathroom and modern kitchen with serving arch.
The Casamigo also has the added bonus of being pet friendly, so none of the family has to miss out on the fun!

Bringing your dog to Welcome
On arrival at Welcome Family Holiday Park please collect your special Welcome doggie tag from reception. Your dog will need to wear it during your stay.
Guidance for happy dogs and guests:
- Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the park and only enter accommodation which has been booked for them.
- Any dog found unattended without a tag may be treated as a stray.
- Pets cannot be left unattended in a unit and are not allowed in the swimming pool or entertainment area.
- Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round, but only in certain areas which are clearly marked.
- Please clean up after your dog; dog bins are situated throughout the park.
Up to two pets are allowed per holiday home and the charge is £30.00 per week per pet. Please phone us on 03451 65 62 65 if you would like to bring more than one pet.
