5. Disability Access
We constantly evaluate our accessibility, look for ways to make it better, and work to make sure that our services are as accessible as is practical. Before making your reservation, please inform us in detail of any needs, circumstances, and requirements. Please contact us at fun@welcomefamily.co.uk or by phone at 03451 65 62 65, and we will be pleased to talk with you about the suitability of our accommodation. Please recognise that any reservations made without prior communication are the responsibility of the consumer.
Whilst we do not have designated disabled parking spaces we can provide a parking cone for you during your stay – more information can be found here.
Whilst we cannot provide wheelchair or mobility scooter hire there are some local companies that may be able to help you with your request – more details can be found here.
If you have a special requirement for your holiday we always recommend that you contact us here before you make your booking to ensure we can fulfill your request
Whilst we do not offer adapted accommodation for the disabled, Welcome does offer some accommodation that may be suitable for part-time wheelchair users.
In addition to this, the park is virtually flat and it is a level walk to the local shops and beach.
If you, or any of your party use a wheelchair, we always strongly suggest that you call us on 03451 656265 before you make your booking to make sure it’s the right accommodation for your requirements.
