With scams and fake accounts always on the rise it’s always best to double check if you are unsure about what you are buying.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept post or deliveries for guests staying on the park.
If you are staying with us on the park please see the team in Reception who will aim to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
Once your check-in day has arrived our booking system will mark you as checked in but you will still need to pop into Reception to collect your keys.
Unfortunately we are unable to send out printed confirmations through the post.

The cost of our Extended Cancellation Plan is based on your Basic Holiday cost and can be added to your holiday when you are making your booking.

Please note that Our Extended Cancellation Plan is only available up to 48 hours after making your booking and cannot be added or removed at a later date. It is not available for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival. Should you have to cancel your holiday the premium paid for the Extended Cover is not refunded.

Standard Cover is automatically included in your booking. Extra Cover can only be purchased at the time of making your booking.
When booking your holiday you will need to pay a deposit according to the total holiday costs. You will need to pay the deposit at the time of your booking. The deposit amount payable depends on the price of your holiday and is confirmed with you when you are making a booking. When the balance of the price of your holiday is due, it will be reduced by the amount of your deposit.

All guests and visitors are encouraged to make suggestions and provide feedback on their stay so that we can continue to strive to improve our service and facilities.
If you would like to provide feedback during your holiday, please pop into our Reception and speak to a member of our friendly Reception Team. We also have a Survey Questionnaire at the back of our Arrivals booklet where, for every 50 entries received, we stick your survey into a hat and give away a free holiday!
If, however, you have any concerns once you have left our park, or you feel that we did not satisfactory resolve your issues whilst you were with us, then please contact us.
If you find that you have mislaid any items, please contact us on 03451 65 62 65.  If the item(s) is found we will then advise on postage costs. We will always endeavour to return any lost property, but we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
There is a minimum of a 3-night stay. This may be possible during our quieter periods; please enquire at reception or call us on 03451 656265.
Check out time is 10am. Before you leave us:
- Please kindly remove sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases and place them in the linen bins provided on site. Please note that the linen bins are not on the park until 9.30am. If no bin is available, please leave them in your holiday home.
- Do not turn off the fridge freezer or water heater.
- Have you remembered to pack everything? Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any lost property, so please thoroughly check your accommodation before leaving us.
- Please lock your door and hand your key in to Reception. If you leave when Reception is closed, please pop the keys through the letterbox outside Reception.
- Hired anything? Don’t forget that you will need to visit Reception during opening hours to hand in any hired items and collect your deposit.
- Make the most of your last day, you can still use the facilities! We have a room fitted with secure lockers where you can store your luggage for a £5.00 refundable fee.
Check in time is from 4pm.
You are most welcome to arrive before then and make use of our facilities, but please make sure you speak to a member of the Reception team to allow us to arrange this for you. However, we recommend you try and time your arrival as close to 4pm as possible. This will give you the highest chance of your accommodation being cleaned, checked and ready for you to start your fantastic Welcome Family holiday without delay.
If you arrive after Reception has closed, up to 10pm you are able to go to The Starlight Club to check-in. In case of an emergency please contact us on 0800 044 8134 up until 12.00 pm midnight. After this time you won’t be able to check in until 9.00am in Reception.
In your Holiday Home you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you’re likely to need, including a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cooker and oven. But you will need to bring a few things along with you:
- Tea towels and washing up liquid
- Towels (these can be hired from reception if required)
- Toilet rolls
- Cot linen if required
- Toiletries
Other useful items you may like to bring:
- Aluminium foil, cling film
- Bin liners (one provided in each bin)
- Kitchen roll
- Oven gloves
- Bath mat
- First aid kit
- Phone chargers
- Lunch box / picnic hamper
- Basic food items – tea, coffee, salt, pepper, oil – though don’t worry too much, there are two convenience stores across the road from us and Sainsbury’s is a 5 minute drive up the road.
If you are booking to stay a week or more with us, you can request a specific accommodation number for an additional charge.
Whilst we will do our utmost to make sure you stay where you would like on the park, circumstances beyond our control may not always allow this and in this instance we will offer you a full refund of the request fee and endeavour to place you in the accommodation type you have booked, as close to your requested number as we can.

Yes, you can pay by instalments.
The amounts you can pay will vary depending on the total balance payable and the amount of time you have left to pay before the due date.

Basic cancellation cover is included in the price of a holiday booked direct with us.

Please note:Â Our cancellation scheme is not an insurance policy and you are strongly advised to make your own insurance arrangements if you require comprehensive cancellation/curtailment insurance or personal insurance.
The balance of the price of your holiday is payable 6 weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is made less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, the full price is payable at the date of booking.

We do not normally accept group bookings for groups occupying more than four (4) holiday homes. Therefore, please contact us on 03451 65 62 65 before making a group booking.
Please note: If your party fits this description and you make a booking without telling us, we may cancel your booking. If your holiday has already commenced, we may ask you to leave the park. We reserve the right to charge you for reasonable losses and costs that we suffer because of the cancellation. This could result in you not receiving a refund for the unused portion of your holiday.
Amendments to your booking may be made by going to Manage My Booking on our website or by telephoning our Welcome Customer Service Team on 03451 65 62 65
Please note: Changes must be made at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date and we can only accept instruction to change details from the lead name on the booking.
Should you wish to amend either your holiday dates or type of accommodation after your booking has been confirmed, an administration fee will be charged, plus any difference in price attributable to the change in dates or types of accommodation. When making changes:
- You cannot amend the lead name.
- Bookings are not transferable to someone else without our consent.
- You cannot amend your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Our holiday park caters primarily for families and couples, so please contact us on 03451 65 6265 before booking if your group fits this description.
