Update on Your Holiday with Us!

It has been lovely over the last few weeks to be able to welcome families back onto the park again and we aim to keep giving you holidays where we are all safe and protected.

Following on from the latest government announcements changes have now been made that may affect your upcoming holiday with us.

New Government Legislation

In order for us to comply with the new legislation laid out by the Government we have made adjustments to how our Cruisers Club will run.

Every time you come into the Club you will need to use our QR Code scanner if you have the app and provide us with your contact details. This needs to be done each time you visit.

You will now, as will we, be required to wear a mask in the Club unless you are eating or drinking, your mask must be worn at all other times.

By law you are only allowed to be in a group of 6 and this includes children. Our tables have been arranged to make this easy for you, please do not move the tables or join them together.

As the Club now has to close at 10.00pm, the Entertainments team have worked as hard as ever to make sure you get maximum showtime – so we will be running with the following times;

6.00pm – 7.00pm – Kidszone
6.15pm – Bingo tickets on sale
7.00pm – 8.00pm – Bingo
8.15pm to 10.00pm – Main Show and Gameshows

We will be serving drinks up until 9.35pm. Please bear in mind that you will be required to have left the Club by 10pm in order for us to comply with this new law, so we would be grateful if you could support us with this.

Table service is now compulsory so we will now be providing you with a drinks menu on your table where you can complete your order, raise it up, where it will be collected by your bar team. To be extra safe PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PEN! We will then deliver your drinks to your table where card payment will be taken. We are only able to offer card payment, no cash.

This is a completely new system to us – it is likely that you will be waiting slightly longer for your drinks than any of us would like – so we would really appreciate it if you could be patient with us as we find a new way forward!
