In case of emergency could all owners please ensure that Reception has a spare key for your accommodation and a contactable phone number.

It is essential that you have up-to-date and comprehensive insurance in place for your accommodation which must include full public liability.

We reserve the right to withdraw the use of our facilities if you have an unpaid invoice.

We do not accept any non-holiday makers on site (i.e. people working in the area, homeless etc). We also do not accept long term rentals.

The bins that are located around the park are for kitchen waste only and must not be used for anything else. CCTV is monitored even when the park is closed and we will invoice for the removal of any other content. Please arrange your own disposal of old furniture/bulky items/domestic appliance and builders waste.

Please do not store children’s toys, climbing frames/chairs etc outside of your accommodation.

New charges (per day) for our facilities in 2024:

Club Access: Adults (18+) £6 Children (5-17) £4
Swimming Pool: Adults (18+) £6 Children (5-17) £4
Children under 5 years old are admitted to both facilities free of charge.

We would be grateful if you could ensure that your Guests are made aware of these changes at the time of making their booking, to avoid any unnecessary embarrassment on their arrival.
