2021 Season Updates
Following government guidelines we are delighted to that we are able to Welcome you and your guests to the park.
In order to comply with Government restrictions, we have to limit entry numbers to all our central facilities until 19 July. Guests that have booked directly through Welcome Family Holiday Park do have priority access to the Cruisers Club and our Tropicana Fun Pools, and we have really appreciated your support during this time.
We are delighted that we are now able to allow access to you and your guests into the Cruisers Club after 9pm, where space permits. As a thank you for all your kindness during this time we would like to offer this to you and your guests free of charge, whilst governments restrictions apply. Please bear in mind that your guests will have to present a booking confirmation with yourselves to be allowed access into the Cruisers Club, this helps us ensure only families staying with us on the park are permitted entry.
We appreciate that this may cause you and your guests some disappointment, however, we will have our Marquee Lounge open outside the Cruisers Club where you will be able to sit and enjoy a tipple where space permits.
You and your guests will need to have the NHS Test and Trace App to be able to check in and will need to use our table ordering App to order drinks.
As we do not know exactly how the “roadmap out of lockdown” will go and that things can and do change, we will keep this page up to date with information as we receive it.
There will be no Hire service. We are asking for all Customers to make their own arrangements. We apologise for the difficulties this may cause you, but everyone’s safety must come first.
The Launderette will be open, but you will need to obtain washing tokens from Reception during opening hours. We regret we will be unable to supply 50p cash for the driers.
Two parking spaces will be allocated near Reception for Mobility Scooters. Sanitised scooter keys will be dropped off to your accommodation. At the end of your holiday your Scooter must be returned to the car parking space provided and the key placed in the key box there.

We are still operating with a skeleton team and at this time we are having to prioritise our existing bookings, so it may take us longer than we would like to respond to any enquiries you make. We thank you for your patience during this time.
