Whether you’re planning a Christmas break, arriving between Christmas and New Year or welcoming in the New Year with us, here’s a taster of the festive fun awaiting you.

Festive Entertainment Every Evening

When the Christmas celebrations get underway at Welcome Family, the Starlight Club is the place to be! Every weekday evening throughout the Christmas holidays, there’ll be a festive show to enjoy, starting at around 9.30–10pm.

Each show has its own night of the week and repeats weekly, so families staying a full week can aim to catch the full festive line-up. Expect sparkling costumes, fantastic music, energetic dancing, plenty of laughter and just a little good-natured cheekiness along the way.

The Story of the Little Snowgirl

Step into a magical Christmas adventure with the Little Snowgirl, who meets all sorts of wonderful characters on her journey. With storytelling, snowy sparkle and plenty of wonder, this is a lovely show for the whole family to enjoy together.

Yes, Santa Is Coming!

There’s one very important question we know little ones will be asking as Christmas gets closer… will Santa be visiting Welcome Family? The answer is a big, jolly yes!

Keep your eyes peeled during your stay, because Santa will be making special appearances around the park. There’s no need to book a timed slot or watch the clock – just be ready for a little Christmas magic when he arrives.

Children can bring along a letter or a special wish to pop into Santa’s letterbox, say a big festive hello and perhaps even receive a little pressie. There may be a hug, too, for anyone who would like one, as well as time for a chat with the man himself.

Santa is always delighted to hear Christmas wishes, listen to exciting holiday plans and help make your family’s festive break feel even more magical.

Christmas Day, Your Way

Christmas is all about family traditions, whether that means a full roast with all the trimmings, a leisurely brunch in pyjamas, or simply making room for everyone’s favourite festive treats. With self-catering accommodation, you can celebrate Christmas Day at your own pace and create the kind of day that feels right for your family.

The Diner will be adding some Christmas treats to the menu over the holidays. Please note, however, that it won’t be open for Christmas Day lunch, so families staying with us on 25 December should plan and pack accordingly.

To help you get Christmas all wrapped up before you arrive, guests joining us over the festive period will receive an email with useful information and a few practical reminders. Then it’s over to you: stock up on the sprouts, pack the crackers and get ready to make Christmas memories together.

From magical stories and Christmas singalongs to show-stopping entertainment and a special visit from Santa, Welcome Family is ready to make your holiday sparkle.
