Explore Exeter With Hunt Fun –

In the heart of Exeter’s quay, this activity is for the little and the big kids. One of the best things to do in Exeter with kids because it’s exciting, tiring and everyone can get involved. This is actually the biggest climbing wall in the south of England, but don’t worry, there are options for beginners, too. You never know, you all might find a new passion you never would have tried before!

The Quay Climbing Centre is a super short walk from one of the main train stations, so no need to worry about parking. You can enjoy an hour session, a morning or make a whole day of it, going on to wander the Quay and maybe find a fish and chips!

RAMM is the Royal Albert Memorial Museum is one of the must-sees in Exeter, especially with kids. Exhibitions regularly change, so it never get’s boring. There is something that stimulates all age groups, with interactive and informative activities and displays for everyone! You can wander for any length of time, make it a quick visit or a whole day affair. Don’t forget to think about lunch nearby, too. What’s also great is that it’s free!

Gandy Street in Exeter is rumoured to be the real-life inspiration for Diagon Alley, the commercial hub of the wizarding world.
