Spring Holidays In Devon

28th Feb 2020

Whether you are looking to take advantage of the extended Easter holiday and get the kids out of the house for a couple of days, or just want a weekend away to enjoy some quality time, perhaps before little ones start primary in September, or perhaps this is the best time for you to take some days away from work, spring holidays in Devon have a little something for everyone.

The best thing about spring holidays in Devon is the quality time you can spend together. There are so many spring activities for kids to enjoy their time off and get outside, (and away from a screen). As a family, a group of friends or just the two of you, you can really blow the cobwebs away and brush away the last of winter. Here are some of our fun ideas and reasons you should take spring holidays in Devon this year.

It Doesn’t Have To Be For Very Long

We all go a bit stir crazy being indoors or get a bit lazy in the winter. Spring is the perfect time to re-vitalise yourself with a short break. Our holiday park in Devon opens up again in the spring, ready for new and returning customers to come and enjoy.

We find that even just a long weekend at our park enjoying the surrounding areas and fantastic facilities is enough to reconnect and get outside to enjoy the very best of British landscapes. You can jam as much exploring into that time as you like, or just chill and enjoy the onsite fun if that’s more your speed.

Don’t forget, the whole family is welcome, because we have pet friendly accommodation! We know that a family dog walk is a great way to enjoy fresh air and encourage you to enjoy an affordable, leisurely-paced getaway.

It Can Be Cheaper To Visit In The Shoulder Season

Travelling with the whole family, or just two of you, can be expensive, especially in the school holidays. It’s not just accommodation that plays a factor in this, it’s the activities and things you want to do that can add up. If you are looking to enjoy a budget holiday, whether you’re saving precious pennies or just looking for something affordable, spring holidays in Devon are the answer!

Save on flights by travelling domestically and enjoy all the spring activities for kids and adults, just without the high-season price tags. You might also like that the crowds are likely to be a little thinner.
